Benishaka has taken up capacity building initiative of legitimacy ,Transparency and Accountability( LTA Program) to strengthen organizational structure and governance by putting in place all necessary tools and policies like board Charter, internal auditing charter , conflict resolution charter , board annual work plan and Board self-evaluation systems for operational effectiveness.
